Clients are responsible for timely feedback, approvals, accurate information, and properly licensed content needed for the project.
Payment and Project Timing
Fees, deposits, recurring charges, due dates, pauses, and cancellation terms will be stated in the written agreement for each service.
Website Protection and Intellectual Property
The original BrainWeb Studios website design, written content, graphics, branding, animations, and creative elements may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or reused without prior written permission. Ownership and licensing of client project deliverables will follow the applicable written project agreement.
Revisions and Changes
Requests outside the agreed scope may require an updated timeline and additional fees before the extra work begins.
Third-Party Tools
Hosting, domains, software, payment processors, analytics, messaging, and integrations may be governed by separate third-party terms and availability.

BrainWeb Studios does not guarantee specific revenue, search rankings, lead volume, or business outcomes. Results depend on many factors outside its control.
